Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days (and orders placed after 9am ET are processed the next business day).

Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships and it’s on the way!

Yes! We’re 100% confident you’ll love our products. However, in the rare case that it’s not for you, contact our friendly customer service team via email at support@beautyintent.com within 30 days of purchase to organise your refund.

We are working hard behind the scenes to get the Beauty Intent LED mask in and out of our fulfilment centres.

We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately!

If you forget to grab this receipt, we will just need to wait until that one gets back to our warehouse before we can go ahead.

We have in total FOUR light modes

-Anti Aging RED (625-700nm): Renowned for speeding up collagen synthesis and enhancing cell repair. It helps smoothen facial wrinkles & fine lines.

-Anti Acne BLUE (440–500nm): Scientifically proven to kill the acnes bacteria on the surface that’s most commonly responsible for the breakout.

-Redness Reducer YELLOW (565-590nm) : Helps reduction of the appearance of dark spots and calms swelling and inflammation.

-Cell Rejuvenation PURPLE (400-420nm): Increases cell regeneration and renewal, especially in healing and repairing acne scars.
